Using your workspace

Navigate businesses, modules, reports, invitations, and settings.

Your Ionia workspace brings your website, visibility, local presence, content, and reporting into one place.

The tools available to you depend on your plan and the portal used by your agency or service provider.

Choose A Business Or Location

Use the business selector at the top of the workspace to move between businesses or locations you are allowed to access.

If a business is missing, contact your workspace administrator. Do not create a second workspace for the same business unless your administrator asks you to.

Common Workspace Areas

Research And Visibility

Review the questions customers ask, important search topics, local opportunities, and observed visibility across search and AI answer platforms.

AI Readiness

See whether AI systems can understand the business, retrieve reliable facts, and help a customer complete or hand off an action.

Site Health

Review website access, page structure, technical issues, and other conditions that can affect search and customer experience.

Content

Review opportunities, drafts, approvals, and published content connected to the business plan.

Landing Page Studio

Create or review campaign, service, and location pages using the business’s approved brand direction and content.

Business Settings

Confirm the business name, domain, contact details, locations, users, and connected services.

Reports

Ionia reports are designed to show:

  • The starting baseline
  • What was changed
  • What improved
  • What still needs attention
  • Calls, forms, bookings, or other approved proof events
  • The next recommended action

The first report may rely on public information. More complete performance and conversion reporting becomes available after the business authorizes the appropriate data sources.

Invite A Teammate

Only owners or administrators should invite users.

  1. Open Business Settings.
  2. Find the users or team access section.
  3. Enter the teammate’s email address.
  4. Choose the least-privileged role that supports their work.
  5. Send the invitation.

Each user should sign in with their own account. Do not share passwords or magic links.
