Agency portals
Understand branded portals, client access, and workspace roles.
An agency portal gives clients a branded way to access their Ionia workspace.
The portal may use the agency’s name, logo, support message, domain, and selected tools while the underlying workspace remains connected to Ionia.
What Clients See
Depending on the agency and plan, a portal may include:
- Business overview and reports
- Search and AI visibility
- AI readiness
- Local Services
- Landing Page Studio
- Content review
- Performance and attribution
- Business settings
Not every client sees every tool.
Signing In
Use the portal link supplied by your agency.
- Enter the invited email address.
- Use the available magic-link or password sign-in option.
- Open the correct business from the business selector.
If the email has not been invited, contact the agency instead of creating a duplicate account.
Multiple Businesses
Agency users may have access to several client workspaces. Client users should see only the businesses they have been invited to.
Always confirm the selected business before editing settings, publishing content, or changing Local Services information.
Invitations And Roles
Common roles include:
- Owner: controls workspace access and high-level settings.
- Administrator: manages users and most business settings.
- Editor: updates approved content and business information.
Use the lowest role that supports the person’s work.
Support
Use the support contact shown in the portal. Include the business name, portal URL, and a screenshot when reporting an issue.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or private customer information to support.
